Bill Davis Construction - Our Home Building Process

Understanding the buyer's wants and needs is the first step in our building process. Then our construction team guides the buyer through the exciting process of building a new home. The Bill Davis Construction team has been assembled around loyal, committed employees and subcontractors. Our subcontractors, many who have worked with us since 1977, have the highest standards of any in the industry.

Bill Davis Construction's approach to building homes is to open the communication channels between buyer, subcontractors and builder. We enjoy having the homebuyer visit the project and participate in the process. Our team responds to the buyer's desires and needs by meeting with them throughout the entire construction project to explain and answer all questions and concerns.

At completion of project, proper maintenance and/or operation of major components is identified and explained as well as warranty coverage. We are always just a phone call or e-mail away for questions and/or concerns. Our desire is for the buyer to enjoy the project of building their dream home!
