About Us

Our subcontractors are one of the most important keys in the construction of our quality homes. During the years Bill Davis Construction has been in business, we have grown with some of the most outstanding subcontractors in the industry. Most of these subs have been with Bill Davis Construction from the beginning, and we are very proud of the relationships we have with them.

 

Bill Davis - As president of Bill Davis Construction, Inc., Bill enjoys a reputation as a hands-on builder actively involved in each project. He worked his way through high school and college in the construction industry before starting Bill Davis Construction, Inc. in 1977. Bill is a life director of the Building Contractors Association of Southwestern Idaho and was president of this organization in 1991. He is also a Registered Master Builder with the Idaho Building Contractors Association. Bill is a native Idahoan and graduated from Boise State University. He joined the US Army, graduated from Officer Candidate School in Fort Sill, Oklahoma and served in the Vietnam War.

Patty Davis – Patty has been involved in the business since the beginning. She does all the office work including Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Insurance – whatever!!. She also is a native Idahoan. Bill and Patty have been married since 1966 and have two married daughters and three grandchildren. Together they enjoy their family, their two dachshunds, traveling, jet boating, snowmobiling and the cabin in the mountains.

Brayden Sielaff – Brayden graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration. He brings to the company 11 years experience in both residential and light commercial construction specifically dental, medical and office space. In August 2001 he started his career with Bill Davis Construction as the Construction Manger. Brayden is also a native Idahoan and is married with two children
